Dot11 Media turn interesting questions into open, working tools - built by people and AI together, for anyone to use, and out in the open where the work can be checked. AI is not sinister, it's just misunderstood.
A simple thesis: the best way to prove AI is for good is to use it for good - in public. Every idea we ship is built by a person and a machine working side by side - based upon Ethan Mollick's 'Centaur' model. Once iterated, it's then handed to the people it serves. No hype, no black boxes - just useful tools you can inspect.
We find questions worth answering, build the answer with AI, and put it where everyone can use it.
We consider interesting questions or challenges that better data or refined process may answer - and have a go at making it simple enough to use.
Each project is built by a person and an AI side by side. We pair judgement with scale - and we show how it was made.
We aim to collaborate to share working tools or process, sourced from public data if it's available, and open to scrutiny. The proof is the product.
From open data tools to weekly writing - each one takes a public-interest question and makes it something anyone can use or follow.

Dot11 Media isn't for hire. Nothing here is a service and nothing here carries a price.
What we do have is time. If you're starting out with AI and want someone to think alongside, if you've found public data that deserves setting free, or if an idea just needs saying out loud, get in touch.

Dot11 Media is personal work, made in personal time. It speaks for no one but itself.
Every tool we ship is a partnership between a person and a machine. We follow Ethan Mollick's Centaur model: rather than hand work wholesale to AI, we split it by strength. The human sets direction, makes the judgement calls, and owns the outcome; the AI brings speed, breadth, and tireless iteration. Like the mythical centaur - human above, horse below - the two stay distinct but move as one. It's how we keep AI accountable, and how we make sure the proof is something a person stands behind.
